Industry Restrictions

My business is dedicated to supporting creative professionals and industries where collaboration and innovation thrive. As such, I do not offer Virtual Assistant services to the real estate industry, including realtors, real estate agencies, or related professionals.

Communication Policy

New Clients: To get started, I ask that all potential clients either:

Current Clients: Ongoing communication is essential to successful collaboration. Current clients may reach out via:

Response Times: I typically respond within 24-48 business hours. Please note that timely responses from clients are equally important for project success. In cases where communication lapses for an extended period, my ability to deliver quality service may be impacted. Should there be persistent communication challenges, services may be paused or terminated.

Availability + work hours

My working hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. I do not work on weekends or recognized holidays.

I strive to keep my clients informed well in advance of any planned time off or periods of unavailability. During these times, I adjust timelines and expectations to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing projects.

Please note that I do not respond to emails, messages, or calls outside of my designated work hours. Any communication received after hours will be addressed during the next business day.

Project turnaround + deadlines

I prioritize clear communication to keep clients informed about project timelines and progress. For each task or project, I provide regular updates on where I’m at and an estimated completion timeframe.

If you require expedited work, such as website design or other time-sensitive tasks, a rush fee may apply.

Maintaining transparency and realistic deadlines allows me to deliver high-quality results while ensuring your project is handled with care and precision.

PaYment Policy

Details on pricing can be found on 'The Breakdown' page of my website. I operate exclusively through monthly package pricing, and also offer a Website Creation package for full ground-up website design.

Payment Terms:
  • Payments are due upfront on the 1st of each month and cover services for the entire month.
  • Invoices are sent through Wave Accounting. All acceptable methods of payment will be indicated on the invoice.
  • Clients have 14 days to submit payment before a 2% late fee is applied weekly to the total amount due until payment is received.
Failure to pay may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of services. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted support and the successful completion of your projects.

Cancellation + Refund Policy

Due to the nature of my virtual services, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun or been completed. Exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances at my sole discretion.

Cancellations:
Discovery calls are complimentary and can be rescheduled or canceled without issue.

Termination of Services:
I reserve the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. All completed work will remain the property of the client. Neither party will be held liable for damages due to the termination of services, including but not limited to loss of potential profits, anticipated sales, or investments.

Contract Requirements

To ensure a clear and professional working relationship, all clients are required to:
  • Sign a contract
  • Pay their initial invoice
Both steps must be completed before any work begins.

Offer Validity:
Contract offers are valid for 7 days from the date they are sent. If the contract is not signed and the invoice not paid within this timeframe, the offer will be considered void.

This policy helps maintain clarity and efficiency while ensuring that serious inquiries are prioritized. If you're ready to move forward after the offer period has expired, a new contract will need to be issued.

Inactivity Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient working relationship, I have a "three strikes you're out" policy for non-responsiveness:
  • Non-Responsiveness: If a client does not respond to communication within 7 business days after being contacted, it will count as one strike.
  • Inactive Clients: If a client remains unresponsive or inactive for more than 1 month (1 full billing cycle), I reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.

This policy helps me prioritize clients who are actively engaged and ensures I can deliver timely, effective support.

Confidentiality Agreement

I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared with me during our work together. This includes, but is not limited to, technical data, business strategies, marketing plans, login credentials, trade secrets, and any other sensitive information.

I will not disclose or use your confidential information for any purpose other than performing the agreed-upon services. Any confidential details will only be shared with authorized individuals or parties, and only when absolutely necessary for the work.

The confidentiality obligation remains in effect for 10 years after our agreement ends. Upon request, I will return all confidential materials in my possession.

Your privacy and trust are a priority, and I take great care to protect your information.
